The McCain campaign, besides many other states, has been pouring a lot of resources into the once-reliable red state of Virginia. Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin have made many personal stops there along with deploying surrogates to hold rallies around the state.

For days, we’ve heard that Obama is massively outspending McCain on ads, which her most certainly is, however, news out today that with the help of the RNC, McCain’s campaign is now matching Obama with ad dollars in several swing states.

An interesting narrative today from the McCain campaign which is now attacking the current Bush administration over economic policy. This makes both presidential candidates attacking the current administration, maybe a new record? I’m not a historian so I don’t know.
